By accessing or placing an order through smart2go.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Smart2go Egypt reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Smart2go Egypt sells Android-based car head units, AI boxes, and accessories. Product listings include compatibility information; however, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with their specific vehicle before completing a purchase.

We provide a free compatibility check service. If you are unsure, contact our support team before ordering. We cannot accept returns for products that are incompatible due to inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it does not constitute a binding contract until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days by the same payment method used.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary by governorate, courier availability, and public holidays. Smart2go Egypt is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or inaccurate delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Defective product: If your product is defective on arrival or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Contact support within 48 hours of receiving a DOA (dead-on-arrival) unit.
• Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened and used (other than for initial compatibility testing), products with physical damage caused after delivery, and products returned without prior authorisation are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. To initiate a return, contact us at support@smart2go.store.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Smart2go Egypt products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, water damage, or damage from incorrect installation
• Damage from use with incompatible vehicles or accessories
• Products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorised parties
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect a product before authorising a warranty repair or replacement.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Smart2go Egypt or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law, Smart2go Egypt's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or the purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your vehicle arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute, please contact our support team first at support@smart2go.store. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, and governed by Egyptian law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its amendments.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
